Can I control which job offers I receive?Updated 2 months ago

Yes - you can use the Availability section in the app to update your regular weekly availability and let us know when you're happy to receive job offers, and when you're unavailable in a typical week. 

  1. Go to the Availability section in the app.
  2. Block out the times when you're regularly unavailable each week - AM, PM or EVE (6pm onwards).
  3. Save your changes, and you're all set!


Declining job offers

When you receive a job offer you don't want to accept, make sure you decline the offer and let us know the reason why (by selecting one of the options). That way, we can better tailor your future job offers.

  • If you tell us you're not available, we won't offer you other bookings during those times.
  • If you select 'Travel reasons', we won't offer you future bookings at that postcode.
  • If you select 'I would prefer not to sit for this family' we won't send you any future bookings for the family (we'll keep this information confidential, the family won't be informed).
