I can't get hold of the parents?Updated 10 months ago

If you're unable to get through to parents by phone before the booking - please leave a voicemail message or send a text message to the parents to confirm that you are coming. It could be that they are in the shower or in an area with weak signal or unable to hear the phone. Always attend a booking unless it has been cancelled by the parents. 

In the unlikely event that you've arrived at a booking and there is no answer at the door, and you are unable to contact the parent by phone, please let us know via our Contact Form and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
