What are Booking Notes?

Booking Notes give parents a space to share their family's care needs for a specific booking.

They help you understand the family's expectations, allowing you to determine if you're the right fit for the family's needs.

It's important that you read any booking notes provided in full, as well as the children's ages and any medical conditions/additional needs the parents have told us about, before you decide whether to apply for a job offer.

What information is included in Booking Notes?

We encourage our families to consider adding the following to their Booking Notes:

  • Activities or playtime they'd like you to enjoy with their children.
  • Preferences around TV or screen time.
  • Any pick-ups, drop-offs, or trips outside the house.
  • Whether you will be required to prepare or serve food for the children.
  • If your child is unwell (such as a cold, chickenpox, or an upset stomach).
  • Details of any medications that you may need to administer during the booking.
  • Details of any children on the family's account that will not be at this specific booking.
  • Details of any children outside the immediate family that will be attending the booking.
  • Parking or travel instructions.

Please note:

We ask all our parents to ensure that their Booking Notes maintain a respectful tone and refrain from using discriminatory language. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive.

If you come across any inappropriate or concerning content, please tap 'Report a concern' to bring it to our attention.
