Why is the parent's hourly rate different to my hourly rate?Updated 11 days ago

When a parent pays you, they pay a combined fee that includes your hourly rate plus a service fee. 

• Hourly rate: This is paid directly to you for your childcare services.
• Service fee: This is paid directly to Sitters.co.uk.

You will always receive 100% of the hourly rate that you have set.
