Why can't I accept payment in cash?Updated a month ago

Sitters is now 100% cashless, with all payments made securely via Stripe in the app. 

It's important that you don't accept payment from a parent in cash, as when a payment hasn't been made to you via the app 24 hours after the booking ends, the parent will be charged automatically via the app. 

To receive payments for your bookings, make sure you've set up your Stripe account within the Sitters app. It's a quick and easy process! Find out more here.
