If a parent gives us any negative feedback about your childcare, we will call you to discuss it with you. We appreciate that not all complaints are valid and this approach allows you to respond and tell us your side of the story.

If you want to complain about the way you were treated by a family please email us directly at [email protected]. We value your feedback on any difficult experiences, as very occasionally we come across parents who behave unreasonably or inappropriately. We rely on you keeping us informed so that we can avoid other sitters having similar difficulties.

If you receive a job offer from a family you no longer wish to see, you can avoid receiving future job offers by declining the booking from them and selecting 'I would prefer not to sit for this family'. Find out more here.
